Baring your buttocks to people, popularly labelled as “mooning”, is a tradition practised all over the world, a spontaneous “I’m doing it, so what” hilarious kind of event. July 13th marks the 29th Anniversary of the Annual Mooning the Amtrak Train in Southern California. This time 8000 people bared their butts at the passing Amtrak train.
