View this YouTube video about the Heart Attack Grill in Chandler, Arizona where they are really frank about what they serve - Burgers with names such as Single, Double, Triple or even Quadruple Bypass Burgers.  The message is clear: let us enjoy our food.  Life is short.  So what if the calories/fats/sodium is high up in the sky - this makes the food even more delicious!  To add to the enjoyment of the food is the presence of a fake doctor complete with stethoscope, who will go round examining your heart as you eat, accompanied by a couple of voluptuous nurses with low-cut blouses and hot pants almost guaranteed to give you a heart attack if the burgers fail to do so!
